摘 要:为了提高再生砖骨料混凝土的抗压性能,基于再生砖骨料火山灰活性与纤维复合增强理论,采用NaOH与聚烯烃纤维复合增强再生砖骨料混凝土的抗压性能。通过对不同龄期复合增强再生砖骨料混凝土抗压强度的分析,探讨了复合增强机理,并建立了考虑不同试验参数影响的复合增强再生砖骨料混凝土抗压强度的计算方法。试验结果表明:NaOH的掺入有效增强了再生砖骨料的火山灰活性与不同龄期再生砖骨料混凝土的抗压强度。随着聚烯烃纤维掺量的增加,复合增强再生砖骨料混凝土的抗压强度得到了显著提高。当NaOH掺量为2.5%、聚烯烃纤维掺量为1.5%,复合增强再生砖骨料混凝土7、14、28 d的抗压强度分别提高了32.99%、26.45%、23.93%。In order to improve the compressive property of recycled brick aggregate concrete(RBC),the compressive performance of RBC is composite reinforced by the NaOH and polyolefin fibers,which is based on the pozzolanic activity of recycled brick aggregate(RBA)and the theoretical of fiber composite reinforcement.By analyzing the compressive strength of composite reinforced recycled brick aggregate concrete(CRBC)at different ages,the mechanism of composite reinforcement was explored.Furthermore,a calculation method for the compressive strength of CRBC was proposed,which considered the effect of different parameters.The experimental results show that the addition of NaOH effectively improves the pozzolanic activity of RBA and the compressive strength of RBC.With the increase of polyolefin fiber content,the compressive strength of CRBC has been significantly improved.The compressive strength of CRBC with 2.5%NaOH and 1.5%polyolefin fiber is up to 32.99%、26.45%and 23.93%at 7 d,14 d,and 28 d,respectively.
