摘  要:为研究不同产地蒙古黄芪毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷与土壤因子之间的关系,选取33个不同产地的蒙古黄芪及其根际土壤,测定其所含毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量,并将毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷含量与土壤因子进行主成分分析。结果表明:有效磷、有效钾、有效钙和有效镁利于黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的积累,吉林部分地区、宁夏地区、甘肃地区、内蒙古地区的土壤适合种植蒙古黄芪。Soil factors are the key factors affecting the quality of medicinal plants.The relationship between isoflavone glucoside and soil factors in different habitats of Astragalus membranaceus var.mongholicus(Bunge)P.K.Hsiao was explored to provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of A.mem⁃branaceus.Thirty-three A.membranaceus and its rhizosphere soil from different areas were selected to determine the content of its glucoside,and the content of its glucoside and soil factors were analyzed with principal component analysis.The results showed that available phosphorus,available potassium,available calcium and available magnesium were beneficial to the accumulation of isoflavone glucoside in A.membranaceus.The soil of Jilin,Ningxia,Gansu and Inner Mongolia was suitable for planting A.membranaceus.
