摘  要:分别以单剂量(3头份)、重复单剂量、超剂量(30头份)将3批中试生产的水貂犬瘟热Vero细胞活疫苗(CDV3-CL株,悬浮培养)接种育成期北极狐(2~4月龄),考察疫苗对北极狐的免疫安全性和免疫效力。安全性评价重点观察接种动物的体温、食欲以及生产性能是否发生改变,注射部位是否出现炎症等;免疫效力重点关注疫苗的免疫应答抗体、免疫产生期和持续期,以及对CDV强毒攻击(LNM株)的保护效果等。结果表明:单剂量、重复单剂量以及超剂量接种动物均没有发生炎症反应,疫苗被完全吸收;动物体温变化也处于正常范围内;疫苗在接种后7 d产生中和抗体,14 d部分动物即可形成免疫保护,21 d抗体水平达到峰值,并可持续约180 d,说明新工艺制备的疫苗对北极狐安全有效。The safety and immune efficacy of newly prepared mink canine distemper attenuated live vaccine(CDV3-CL strain,suspension)were evaluated for arctic fox(Vulpes lagopus),to expand the application scope of vaccine target animals.The arctic foxes(aged 2-4 months)at the breeding stage were inoculated with different doses of vaccine:single dose(three doses),single dose repeat and overdose(30 doses).Safety evaluation focuses on observing whether body temperature,appetite and production performance of the vaccinated animals have changed,and whether there is inflammation at the injection site;Immune efficacy evaluation focuses on immune response antibody,immune production period and duration of the vaccine,as well as the protective effect against CDV virulent attack(LNM strain).The results showed that there was no inflammatory reaction in the animals inoculated with single dose,single dose repeat and overdose,and the vaccine was completely absorbed.Temperature fluctuation was also within the normal range.Neutralizing antibody was produced in 7 days after vaccination,and some animals could form immune protection in 14 days.The antibody level reached the peak on 21 days and lasted for about 180 days,showing that the vaccine prepared by the new technology is safe and effective for arctic fox.
