摘　　要：输水隧洞采用盾构机或TBM施工,管片为外衬,钢管为内衬。由于钢管直径大,与管片间隙小,在管片内运输和对接存在困难。为了解决该问题,设计了一种钢管运输对接专用工装车。工装车以锂电池为能源,采用电气系统和液压系统协同控制,具备驾驶室和遥控两种操作模式,配置防碰撞预警功能,满足超长大直径钢管在管片内安全运输和快速校正对接要求。在输水隧洞工程应用该工装车,操作安全便利,施工流畅高效。The water conveyance tunnel is constructed by shield machine or TBM,with segments as the outer liner and steel pipe as the inner liner.Due to larger diameter and longer length of steel pipe,the small gap between steel pipe and segment,it is difficult to transport and splice steel pipes in segments.In order to solve the question,special tooling vehicle is designed.The special tooling vehicle uses lithium battery as the energy,adopts coordinated control of electrical system and hydraulic system,provides with two operation modes of cab and remote control,and equipped with anti-collision warning function to meet the safe transportation and fast correction of oversized diameter steel pipe docking in the pipe sheet.It is applied to the water conveyance tunnel project,its operation is safe and convenient,the construction is smooth and efficient.
