摘 要:面向维修过程中飞机机体关节轴承轴向间隙的测量需求,设计了一款高精度机上原位测量装置。利用其定位机构将轴承外圈和内圈相对位置调正并夹紧,使两者同心。通过微型伺服减速电动机驱动滚珠丝杠,带动轴承内圈相对于外圈沿轴承的轴向作平移运动,利用精密力传感器限制施力幅值,据此确定左右两个极限位置,利用高精度位移传感器测得这两个位置的距离(即关节轴承的轴向间隙)。该装置结构紧凑、精度高、使用方便,可用于飞机结构及其他产品上关节轴承轴向间隙的机上原位测量。A high-precision in situ measuring device is designed to meet the requirement of measuring the axial clearance of the spherical joint bearing on the aircraft body during maintenance.The positioning mechanism is used to adjust and clamp the relative positions of the outer ring and inner ring to make them concentric.The ball screw is driven by servo reduction motor,which then drives the inner ring of the bearing to move in translation relative to the outer ring along the axial direction of the bearing.The force sensor is used to limit the force amplitude,and the limit positions are determined accordingly.The distance between the two limit positions is measured by the high-precision displacement sensor,which is the axial clearance of the joint bearing.The device is compact in structure,high in accuracy and easy to use.The device is compact,highly accurate and easy to use,and can be used for in-situ measurement of the axial clearance of spherical bearings on aircraft structures and other products.
