摘  要:结合某型燃机清洗车设计要求,介绍了清洗车的工作原理、设计方案、设计计算与设计验证、试验等过程。其中,设计方案包括清洗车总体方案,储液罐、车体组合件、气管卷盘器和液管卷盘器、电控箱等分系统设计方案。设计计算与设计验证包括储液罐设计计算与设计验证、车体焊接件强度校核和抗风力计算。试验项目包括移动、驻车试验,加热、保温试验,超压保护试验,液位低试验,耐压试验等5项试验。试验结果表明,该清洗车满足设计要求,可为其他型号发动机清洗设备的设计提供参考。Combined with the design requirements of a gas turbine cleaning car,this paper introduces design process of cleaning car which includes working principle,design scheme,design calculation and design verification,test verification and so on.Among them,the design scheme includes cleaning car overall scheme,liquid storage tank,car body assembly,windpipe coiling device and liquid tube coiling device,electric control box sub-system design scheme.The design calculation and verification includes the design calculation and verification of the liquid storage tank,the strength check of the welding parts of car body and the calculation of wind resistance.Test validation includes mobile parking test,heating and insulation test,overpressure protection test,low liquid level test,pressure test and outlet pressure measurement test.The designed cleaning car meets the design requirement,which can provide reference for the subsequent design of cleaning car.
