摘　　要：针对刮板输送机中部槽的加工工艺进行优化,不需要翻转工件,将设计基准、加工基准、设备定位基准统一为同一定位基准,根据现有加工设备和实际加工情况,对所用吊装夹具重新进行设计,可解决中部槽固定、加工定位基准、无法吊装和机床工作台尺寸不够等问题,可提高加工效率并消除安全隐患。The machining process is optimized for the middle groove of the scraper conveyor without the need to flip the workpiece.The design reference,processing standard,and equipment positioning reference are unified into the same positioning reference.According to the existing processing equipment and actual processing conditions,the lifting fixtures is redesigned,which can solve the problems of fixed middle groove,machining positioning reference,inability to lift and insufficient size of the machine tool table,which can improve processing efficiency and eliminate potential safety hazards.
