摘　　要：在分析起落架某机构油液在关节轴承间的流动性影响后,开展了非金属壳体轴承的安装与固定工艺研究,确定了轴承的安装方式和收压压力,验证了200 kN为SKF WQMLC50.8R轴承较优收压压力值,并对固定后的轴承进行了质量检查:轴承无载启动力矩、内圈转动灵活性、摆动灵活性检查和外圈转动灵活性、轴向位移检查。结合公司在轴承固定与安装方面积累的经验与理论研究,给出了非金属壳体轴承的轴向推出力考核公式。针对未纳入HB 0-37《轴承的安装与固定》的轴承,提供了确定合理收压参数的方法,阐述了轴承安装与固定的一般操作流程,对规范轴承安装与固定有着一定的指导意义。After analyzing the influence of the flow of oil in a mechanism of landing gear between joint bearings,the installation and fixing process of non-metallic shell bearings are studied,the installation method and pressure collection pressure of bearings are determined,and 200 kN is verified to be the optimal pressure collection pressure value of SKF WQMLC50.8R bearings,and the quality of the fixed bearings is checked:no-load bearing starting moment,inner ring rotation flexibility,swing flexibility inspection and outer ring rotation flexibility,axial displacement inspection.Based on the company's experience and theoretical research on bearing fixation and installation,the evaluation formula of axial push-out force of non-metallic shell bearings is given.This study provides a method for determining reasonable compression parameters for bearings that are not included in HB 0-37"Bearing Installation and Fixation",and expounds the general operation process of bearing installation and fixation,which has guiding significance for standardizing bearing installation and fixation.
