摘　　要：PLC具有良好的工艺拓展性能,在工业自动控制领域得到广泛的应用。文章介绍了某生活区泵站自动供水系统PLC技术的应用,讨论了泵站运行现状、PLC系统构成与功能,具体分析了系统I/O地址分配、设备选型、系统程序设计及上位机监控系统设计,并提出相应的系统应用要点,包括明确控制方向与控制点类型、强化各参数计算、实现精细化数据处理以及做好泵站运行指导工作。PLC have excellent process expansion performance and are increasingly widely used in the field of industrial automatic control.This article introduces the application of PLC technology in the automatic water supply system of the living area pump station,discusses the current operation status of the pump station,the composition and functions of the PLC system,and analyzes the system I/O address allocation,equipment selection,system program design,and upper computer monitoring system design in detail.It also proposes corresponding system application points,including clarifying the control direction and control point type,strengthening the calculation of various parameters Implement refined data processing and provide guidance for pump station operation.
