摘  要:煤炭行业供应侧改革使煤炭价格大幅上涨,某电厂为降低燃料成本,采购了部分无烟煤。掺烧无烟煤对锅炉运行的安全性与经济性均影响较大,为探索一种安全经济的无烟煤掺烧方案,该电厂300 MW锅炉进行了无烟煤掺烧试验。通过试验确定了一种较安全的无烟煤掺烧方式,但在该无烟煤掺烧方式条件下的锅炉飞灰含碳量及排烟温度偏高,燃烧经济性较差。该电厂#2炉通过设备改造,并采取一系列优化调整措施,有效降低了该无烟煤掺烧方式条件下的锅炉飞灰含碳量及排烟温度,同时满足了机组深调低负荷时的稳燃要求。The supply-side reform of the coal industry has increased the coal price sharply.A power plant has purchased some anthracite coal in order to reduce fuel costs.Burning anthracite has a great impact on the safety and economy of boiler operation.In order to explore a safe and economic anthracite blending scheme,the test of anthracite blending was conducted in the 300 MW boiler of the power plant.A safer method of anthracite coal blending is determined by experiment,but the carbon content and smoke exhaust temperature of the fly ash of the boiler are high,and the combustion economy is poor.Through the equipment transformation and a series of optimization and adjustment measures of the#2 furnace,it effectively reduces the carbon content of the fly ash and the exhaust temperature of the boiler under the condition of the coal blending method,and meets the stable combustion requirements of the unit.
