摘　　要：本文首先介绍了厢式板框压滤机的结构和工作原理,然后重点分析了其在污泥脱水中的应用现状及存在的问题。随着城市化进程的加快,污水处理厂处理的污泥量越来越大,需要进一步提高厢式板框压滤机的处理效率、操作稳定性和脱水效果。最后,本文探讨了厢式板框压滤机未来的发展方向,包括技术创新和应用拓展。This article first introduces the structure and working principle of the box type plate and frame filter press,and then focuses on analyzing its application status and existing problems in sludge dewatering.With the acceleration of urbanization,the amount of sludge treated by sewage treatment plants is increasing.The treatment efficiency,operational stability,and dehydration effect of the box type plate and frame filter press need to be further improved.Finally,this article explores the future development direction of box type plate and frame filter press,including technological innovation and application expansion.
