LOFT高层公寓夹层体系在结构分析中的合理简化及响应

摘  要:结合某LOFT高层公寓,分别采用4种结构模型来简化模拟夹层对结构的影响。采用YJK-A建筑结构计算分析软件对4种模型进行计算和对比分析。发现4种夹层简化模型的总体指标曲线形态相近,但模型A的刚重比、剪重比、最大层间位移角及最大楼层位移与基准模型D的相应数值相差较大,而模型B、模型C及模型D总体指标间的差值基本上在5%以内。4种夹层简化模型对地上部分剪力墙钢筋用量的影响很小。模型D较真实反映了夹层楼盖平面内刚度对结构的影响,建议采用这种夹层简化方式进行LOFT结构设计。不建议采用模型A这种粗犷的处理方式对LOFT夹层进行结构简化处理。Base on a high-rise LOFT apartment,the influence of four simplified models of structure sandwich on the integral structure was comparative studied.The structural analysis software YJK-A was applied to the calculation and analysis of the four simplified models.The research shows that,the curve shape of the overall indicators are unanimous,but there are great difference between the simplified model A and benchmark model D of rigidity-to-gravity,shear-to-weight,most story drift angle and most floor displacement,however,the difference value of the overall indicators between simplified model A,simplified mode B,simplified mode C and benchmark model D just within 5%.The difference is small to the amount of reinforcement of surficial shear wall compared to the four simplified models.The simplified model D is recommended for the design of high-rise LOFT apartment,because this model is objectively responses the in-plane stiffness of the structure sandwich.The simple simplified model A should not be adopted for the design of high-rise LOFT apartment.
