摘  要:轨道梁检测是确保出厂的轨道梁符合制造精度要求的必要手段,同时也是线路正式运营后行车舒适性、安全性的重要保障。通过研究BIM模型与实体测量模型相结合的精密三维检测技术,详细阐述了BIM模型的建立、实体模型的测量及测量结果的分析方法及应用。在芜湖轨道交通项目轨道梁检测中的应用表明,该技术很好地解决了对复杂结构面建造精度的精密检测问题。Track beam inspection is a necessary means to ensure that the delivered track beams meet the manufacturing accuracy requirements,and it is also an important guarantee of driving comfort and safety after the formal operation of the line.This article mainly studies the precise three-dimensional detection technology using the combination of BIM model and solid measurement model,and elaborates the establishment of BIM model,measurement of solid model,and analysis methods and applications of measurement results.The application of this technology in the detection of track beams in Wuhu Rail Transit Project has shown that it effectively solves the problem of precise detection of the construction accuracy of complex structural surfaces.
