摘 要:针对紧邻既有建筑物深基坑支护设计及变形控制难题,以北京大兴深基坑工程为实例,通过三维数值模拟分析了深基坑施工对周边建筑物的变形影响规律,并结合现场监测,验证了围护桩及钢筋混凝土内支撑支护设计方案的安全合理性。研究表明,位于深基坑西侧4.33m处的办公楼变形最大,最大沉降值为12.45mm,最大相邻柱基沉降差倾斜为0.71‰l,此外为风险防控的关键点,需重点加强其施工质量管控及变形监控。研究成果为类似紧邻建筑物的深基坑支护设计及变形控制提供了指导参考。In view of the difficult problems of supporting design and deformation control of deep foundation pit adjacent to existing buildings,taking the deep foundation pit project in Daxing district of Beijing as an example,the deformation influence laws of surrounding buildings was analyzed through three-dimensional numerical simulation.combined with field monitoring,the safety rationality of the design scheme of retaining pile and reinforced concrete internal support was verified.The research shows that the office building located at 4.33 m on the west side of the deep foundation pit has the largest deformation,the maximum settlement value is 12.45 mm,and the maximum settlement difference between adjacent columns is 0.71‰l.It is the key point of risk prevention and control,and the construction quality control and deformation monitoring should be strengthened.The research results provide guidance for the design and deformation control of deep foundation pit similar to adjacent buildings.
