摘  要:目的建立HPLC法同时测定炒栀子配方颗粒中京尼平苷酸、去乙酰车叶草酸甲酯、绿原酸、栀子苷、芦丁、西红花苷Ⅰ、西红花苷Ⅱ的含量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用Agilent 5TC-C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长238、440 nm。结果7种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.9995),平均加样回收率98.18%~99.45%,RSD 1.24%~2.68%。结论该方法准确简便,可操作性强,可用于炒栀子配方颗粒的质量控制。AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of geniposidic acid,deacetyl asperulosidic acid methyl ester,chlorogenic acid,gardenoside,rutin,crocinⅠand crocinⅡin Chaozhizi Formula Granules.METHODS The analysis of 70%methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30℃thermostatic Agilent 5TC-C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.1%formic acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner,and the detection wavelengths were set at 238,440 nm.RESULTS Seven constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r>0.9995),whose average recoveries were 98.18%-99.45%with the RSDs of 1.24%-2.68%.CONCLUSION This accurate,simple and strongly operational method can be used for the quality control of Chaozhizi Formula Granules.
