疏肝解郁消痞方对肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨疏肝解郁消痞方对肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者的临床疗效。方法138例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组69例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用疏肝解郁消痞方,疗程4周。检测临床疗效、CGRP、5-HT、IL-6、TNF-α、胃肠激素(SS、GAS、MTL)、SF-36评分、中医证候评分、PSQI评分变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组CGRP、GAS、MTL、SF-36评分升高(P<0.05),5-HT、IL-6、TNF-α、SS、中医证候评分、PSQI评分降低(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论疏肝解郁消痞方可减轻肝胃不和型功能性消化不良患者炎症反应,调节胃肠激素水平,改善临床症状,提高临床疗效。AIM To explore the clinical effects of Shugan Jieyu Xiaopi Decoction on patients with functional dyspepsia due to Liver-Stomach Disharmony.METHODS One hundred and thirty-eight patients were randomly assigned into control group(69 cases)for 4-week intervention of conventional treatment,and observation group(69 cases)for 4-week intervention of both Shugan Jieyu Xiaopi Decoction and conventional treatment.The changes in clinical efficacy,CGRP,5-HT,IL-6,TNF-α,gastrointestinal hormones(SS,GAS,MTL),SF-36 score,TCM syndrome score and PSQI score were detected.RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups displayed increased CGRP,GAS,MTL,SF-36 score(P<0.05),and decreased 5-HT,IL-6,TNF-α,SS,TCM syndrome score,PSQI score(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION For the patients with functional dyspepsia due to Liver-Stomach Disharmony,Shugan Jieyu Xiaopi Decoction can alleviate inflammatory responses,regulate gastrointestinal hormone levels,improve clinical symptoms,and enhance clinical efficacy.
