摘　　要：目的建立大皂角质量标准。方法采用显微鉴别、TLC进行定性鉴别,HPLC法测定刺囊酸含量,2020年版《中国药典》方法检查其水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量。结果显微鉴别特征明显,可见石细胞、纤维束、厚壁细胞,偶见草酸钙方晶及簇晶。TLC特征斑点分离清晰。30批样品水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物平均含量分别为7.83%、4.04%、0.56%、44.67%。刺囊酸在11.875~118.75μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为100.67%,RSD为1.86%,平均含量为0.45%。结论大皂角质量标准为水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分不得超过14%、5%、0.67%,浸出物不得少于41.0%。刺囊酸含量不得少于0.38%。AIM To establish a quality standard for Gleditsiae sinensis Fructus.METHODS Gleditsiae sinensis Fructus had its qualitative identification conducted by microscopy and TLC;its content of echinocystic acid determined by HPLC;and its water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract content checked by the method available in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.RESULTS The obvious microscopic features included stone cells,fiber bundles,thick parietal cell,and occasional calcium oxalate crystals and clusters.The clear TLC spots were well separated.Gleditsiae sinensis Fructus found its average contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash,and extract being 7.83%,4.04%,0.56%,44.67%,respectively.And its echinocystic acid displayed good linear relationship within the range of 11.875-118.75μg/mL(r=0.9998),100.67%average sample recovery rate,and 1.86%RSD,with its average content being 0.45%.CONCLUSION The quality standard for Gleditsiae sinensis Fructus contains no more than 14%water,5%total ash,0.67%acid-insoluble ash;no less than 41.0%extract content and 0.38%content of echinocystic acid.
