泰州市公共场所监督抽检结果分析及监管对策

摘　　要：目的:了解泰州市公共场所卫生管理状况,发现存在的主要问题,为加强公共场所卫生管理提供参考。方法:对2021年随机抽取的86家公共场所监督检查结果进行研究分析。结果:各项管理制度落实方面,有10项合格率在90%以上,5个项目合格率低于90%。其中“住宿场所放置安全套或者设置安全套发售设施情况”合格率只有60.98%。监督检测结果中,游泳池水(浸脚池水)游离性余氯、棉织品细菌总数、PH值合格率等均不理想。结论:泰州市公共场所卫生管理状况总体良好,但仍有部分问题较为明显,应有的放矢、多措并举加强公共场所监督管理工作。Objective:To learn the health sanitary management of public places in Taizhou,find the main problems,and provide reference for strengthening the health management of public places.Methods:The result of supervision and inspection of 86public places randomly selected in 2021was analyzed.Results:In terms of implementation of the management system,there were 10qualified rates of more than 90%,and 5items with a pass rate of less than 90%.the qualified rate of"condom placement or condom sales facilities in accommodation"was only 60.98%.In the supervision and testing results,the free residual chlorine in swimming pool water(foot soaking pool water),the total number of bacteria in cotton fabrics and the qualified rate of PH value were not ideal.Conclusion:The health sanitary management of public places in Taizhou was generally good,but there were still some obvious problems.We should take targeted and multiple measures to strengthen the supervision and management of public places.
