摘　　要：关于新冠疫情防控期间救护车被路遇患者拦截要求救治和借用抢救设备的问题,一方面要保证院前急救医疗秩序的正常运转,为疫情防控提供保障,另一方面也需要对求助的患者施以援手,以体现救死扶伤的人道主义精神。这两者的权利义务的性质如何,实践中如何平衡两者关系,是院前急救中需要解决的问题。建议完善院前急救制度机制,规范工作流程,加强急救人员应急处置能力,注重人文关怀,加强急救知识技能宣传普及,合理配置AED等急救设施。About the question that the ambulances were intercepted in patients for treatment and use of rescue equipment during novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control,on the one hand,we must ensure the normal operation of pre-hospital emergency medical order,and to provide security for the novel coronavirus epidemic prevention and control,on the other hand,we also need to help patients for help in order to reflect the humanitarian spirit to heal the wounded and rescue the dying.What is the rights and obligations of these two,how to balance the relationship between these two in practice,is a problem to be solved in pre-hospital emergency care.The authors suggested perfecting the system and mechanism of pre-hospital first aid,standardizing the working process,strengthening the emergency handling ability of first aid personnel,paying attention to humanistic care,strengthening the publicity and popularization of first aid knowledge and skills,and rationally configuring AED and other first aid facilities.
