高质量发展视域下医疗行风治理研究

摘　　要：医疗行风问题的产生有复杂原因,它影响人民群众的切身利益,与公立医院高质量发展要求相悖。国家通过制定规章制度、进行监督检查专项整治、加强医德医风建设、查处行风案件等方式进行了综合治理,积累了一定经验。应把医疗行风治理纳入新时代全面从严治党总体框架,构建有效的教育、监督、惩治体系,加强监督,涵育廉洁文化,使医疗卫生事业更好地服务于人民健康,促进健康中国建设。There are complex reasons for the problem of medical ethics,which affects the vital interests of the people.The problem of medical ethics is contrary to the high-quality development of public hospitals.The state has taken comprehensive measures through formulating rules and regulations,conducting special supervision and inspection,strengthening the construction of medical ethics,and investigating cases,thus accumulating certain experience.In the new era,the medical ethics should be incorporated into the framework of full and rigorous governance over the Party,and an effective system of education supervision and punishment should be established,to strengthen supervision and foster a culture of integrity,so that medical and health services can better serve the health of the people,to promote the construction of Healthy China.
