摘　　要：为了明确我国奶牛肢蹄病的综合防治现状,笔者对全国86个规模化牧场进行了奶牛肢蹄病发病率、诊断和监测方案、治疗和防控方案、治愈率及其治疗成本等信息的问卷调查。通过数据分析得出结果:奶牛肢蹄病月平均发病率为3.5%,低于国外的奶牛肢蹄病发病率(4%~55%);81.4%的牧场常用运动评分对奶牛进行诊断;修蹄对于治疗肢蹄病来说治愈率较高,成本较低;定期蹄浴已经成为规模化牧场防控奶牛肢蹄病的有效手段。此次调查为我国奶牛肢蹄病的综合防治工作提供了参考和总结,对于提高奶牛综合诊治水平、提高牧场经济效益具有重要的意义。In order to clarify the current status of comprehensive prevention and treatment of dairy cattle foot and foot disease in China,a questionnaire was conducted on 86 large-scale pastures across the country with information on the incidence,diagnosis and monitoring plan,treatment and prevention plan,cure rate and treatment cost of dairy cattle foot and foot disease.According to the survey,the re-sults were obtained through data analysis:the average monthly incidence of dairy cattle foot and foot disease was 3.5%,which was lower than the incidence of foreign dairy cattle foot and foot disease(4%to 55%);81.4%of the pastures used exercise scores to diagnose dairy cows;hoof trimming has a high cure rate and low cost for the treatment of limb and foot diseases;regular hoof baths have become an effective means to prevent and control dairy cattle limb and foot diseases on large-scale pastures.By consulting relevant literatures at home and abroad,comparing the domestic and foreign prevention and control techniques of dairy cattle limb and foot disease,it pro-vides a reference and summary for the comprehensive prevention and control of dairy cattle limb and foot disease in China.
