摘　　要：人工智能在护理管理领域展现出了广阔的应用前景,有望成为提高护理管理领域效率和水平提高的重要突破点.本研究回顾了人工智能在护理管理领域的研究现状,总结了人工智能在护理人员调度、疾病风险管理、优化护理管理流程等方面的进展,分析了人工智能在护理管理领域应用的机遇与挑战,为今后人工智能在护理管理领域的开发和应用提供参考.Artificial intelligence has shown broad application prospects in the field of nursing management,and is expected to become an important breakthrough point in improving the efficiency and level of nursing management.This study reviewed the current research status of artificial intelligence in the field of nursing management,summarized the progress of artificial intelligence in nursing personnel scheduling,disease risk management and optimizing nursing management processes,analyzed the opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence application in nursing management,and provides reference for the development and application of artificial intelligence in nursing management in the future.
