摘　　要：《资本论》第二卷出版伊始,价值转形问题就引发了经济学界的“百年争论”。针对马克思没有处理成本价格转形的“缺陷”,西方学者提出多种解决方案,均无法实现成本价格转形和“总量相等二命题”的兼容,致使转形问题成为“无解”难题。从马克思主义经济学方法论的角度看,西方学者提出的解决方案都是形而上学的,不可能解决转形问题。其中,双重体系抽掉价值转形的任何中介环节,试图使价值范畴和生产价格范畴直接相等;单一体系则为了将价值规定无矛盾地纳入生产价格范畴强行修改价值理论。遵循从抽象上升到具体的科学研究方法,国内学者在西方学者设定的数理分析框架下成功解决了静态的成本价格转形问题,取得了超越西方的原创性成果。“无解”的转形问题只能归咎于西方学者而与马克思无关。As soon as the second volume of Das Kapital was published,the question of the transformation of value triggered“the centennial debate”in the economic circle.In view of Marx's failure to deal with the transformation of cost price,western scholars put forward a variety of solutions,all of which are unable to realize the compatibility of the transformation of cost price and“two total equal propositions”,resulting in the“unsolvable”problem of transformation.From the perspective of Marxist economic methodology,the solutions proposed by western scholars are metaphysical and cannot solve the transformation problem.Among them,the dual system removes any intermediary link of value transformation and tries to make the category of value and the category of production price equal directly.The single system forcibly modifies the theory of value in order to bring the value provision into the category of production price without contradiction.Following the scientific research method from abstract to concrete,domestic scholars have successfully solved the static transformation problem of cost price under the framework of mathematical analysis set by western scholars,and made original achievements beyond the West.The“unsolvable”transformation problem can only be attributed to the Western scholars and has nothing to do with Marx.
