摘　　要：世界社会主义经历了从空想走向科学、从理论走向实践、从一国实践走向多国发展的历史进程。苏联解体、东欧剧变后30多年时间,国际形势发生重大变化,世界社会主义发展也面临更为复杂的局面。世界社会主义“现在是个什么状况呢”是时代之问,也是当前世界社会主义研究中的重大理论和现实问题。许多国外共产党在坚定当前处于从资本主义向社会主义过渡的历史时代判断基础上,对当前世界社会主义发展阶段的历史定位有不同认识;为谋求社会主义振兴与发展付出了极大努力,以共产党为主体的世界社会主义事业也呈现新的发展态势。全面准确把握当前世界社会主义的发展阶段,科学认识国外共产党发展新趋势,是认识和研究世界社会主义发展进程和历史定位的重大时代课题。World socialism has undergone the historical process from fantasy to science,from theory to practice,and from practice in one country to development in many countries.For more than 30 years after the collapse of the former Soviet Union and the dramatic changes in Eastern Europe,the international situation has experienced significant changes,while the development of world socialism has been confronted with a more complicated situation.“What is the current state of world socialism?”This is the question of the times and a major theoretical and practical question in the current studies of world socialism.Many foreign communist parties,on the basis of their firm judgment that they are currently in the historical era of transition from capitalism to socialism,have different understanding of the historical positioning of the current development stage of world socialism;they have made important efforts to seek the revitalization and development of socialism,and the cause of world socialism,with communist parties as the main body,has taken on a new trend.A comprehensive and accurate grasp of the current development stage of world socialism and a scientific understanding of the new trend in the development of foreign communist parties are major issues of the times in understanding and studying the development process and historical positioning of world socialism.
