摘 要:目的分析神经内科护理管理中应用追踪方法学管理模式的可行性。方法选择2020年10月—2022年11月济南市第四人民医院神经内科在职护理人员17名为研究对象,根据时间不同记为管理前(2020年10月—2021年10月)和管理后(2021年11月—2022年11月),管理前执行传统护理管理模式,管理后执行追踪方法学管理模式,对比管理前后护理人员操作技能、综合能力以及工作投入情况。结果管理后护理人员气切护理、吸痰护理、鼻饲管护理以及口咽通气管护理等操作技能评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后护理人员护理评估、分析判断、专科护理以及安全管理等综合能力评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理后护理人员工作态度、工作价值、工作认可、工作能动性以及工作热情与专注等工作投入感评分显著高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比传统管理,神经内科护理人员应用追踪方法学管理在改善护理人员操作技能、提高综合能力、强化工作投入情况方面效果更佳。Objective To analyze the feasibility of applying a tracking methodology management model in nursing management of neurology department.Methods Seventeen in-service nursing staff from the Neurology Department of the Fourth People's Hospital of Jinan from October 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were recorded as pre management(October 2020 to October 2021)and post management(November 2021 to No⁃vember 2022)based on different time periods.Traditional nursing management mode was implemented before manage⁃ment,and tracking methodology management mode was implemented after management.The operational skills,com⁃prehensive abilities,and work engagement of nursing staff before and after management were compared.Results After management,the scores of nursing staff's operational skills such as gas cutting nursing,sputum suction nursing,nasal feeding tube nursing,and oropharyngeal ventilation tube nursing were significantly higher than before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the comprehensive ability scores of nurs⁃ing staff in nursing evaluation,analysis and judgment,specialized nursing,and safety management were significantly higher than before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of work attitude,work value,work recognition,work initiative,work enthusiasm and focus of nursing staff after management were signifi⁃cantly higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Com⁃pared to traditional management,the application of tracking methodology management by neurology nursing staff is more effective in improving nursing staff's operational skills,enhancing comprehensive abilities,and strengthening work engagement.
