摘　　要：加压蒸汽灭菌工艺是一项高效、快捷的热力消毒措施,它可以有效提高消毒供应室周围环境的消毒符合率,确保灭菌室周围环境的安全。然而,如果处理不善,可能会造成湿包出现,对杀菌效率产生负面影响,加大管理成本,并加大传染的危险,进而严重影响临床科室的运行,甚至引起医疗纠纷。为提升消毒供应室压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌效率,满足其正常运行的需求,本研究积极探索灭菌湿包形成的原因,并结合相关问题采取有效的措施,以期达到最佳的杀菌效率。The pressurized steam sterilization process is an efficient and fast thermal disinfection measure,which can effectively improve the disinfection compliance rate of the surrounding environment of the disinfection supply room and ensure the safety of the surrounding environment of the sterilization room.However,if it is not handled properly,it may cause wet packs to appear,which will directly and negatively affect the sterilization efficiency,increase manage⁃ment costs,and increase the risk of infection,which will seriously affect the operation of clinical departments and even cause medical disputes.In order to improve the sterilization efficiency of the pressure steam sterilizer in the dis⁃infection supply room and meet the needs of its normal operation,this study actively explored the reasons for the for⁃mation of sterilization wet packs,and took effective measures in combination with related problems in order to achieve the best sterilization efficiency.
