摘　　要：加快省级医学中心建设,提升医疗技术水平和承载能力,推动人民群众就近就医供给侧选择,是重大民生工程的迫切需求。本文在提出坚持统筹规划,科学布局;整合资源,分类指导;提高质量,增强效能;强化责任,防范风险等建设思路的基础上,分析某公立医院通过提升医疗水平、学科建设、人才建设、医学教育、毕培质量、医防能力、管理水平等建设省级医学中心的探索与实践。Accelerating the construction of provincial medical centers,improving the level of medical technology and carrying capacity,and promoting the people's choice of the supply side of the nearest medical treatment are urgent needs of major livelihood projects.This article proposes to adhere to overall planning and scientific layout;integrate resources and provide classification guidance;improve quality and enhance efficiency;based on the construction ideas of strengthening responsibility and preventing risks,this paper analyzes the exploration and practice of a certain pub⁃lic hospital in building a provincial-level medical center by improving medical level,discipline construction,talent construction,medical education,quality of Bi Pei,medical prevention ability,and management level.
