摘　　要：随着单孔腹腔镜技术在妇科疾病诊治中的逐步应用,单孔腹腔镜手术后患者恢复快、疼痛轻、切口美容效果佳等优点逐渐凸显,但其独特的操作难点也给术者带来极大的挑战。单孔腹腔镜镜下联合体外操作模式巧妙地结合了开腹手术与腹腔镜手术的优点,降低术者操作难度的同时满足患者的微创要求,已被应用到多种妇科疾病的诊治中,为妇科微创手术的发展提供了新的方向。With the gradual application of laparoendoscopic Single-Site surgery in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases, the advantages of fast recovery, mild pain, and good cosmetic effects of laparoendoscopic Single-Site surgery have gradually come to the fore, but its unique operational difficulties also pose a great challenge to the operator. The laparoendoscopic Single-Site surgery combined extracorporeal operation mode cleverly combines the advantages of open surgery and laparoscopic surgery, reduces the operator′s operational difficulty while meeting the patient′s minimally invasive requirements, and has been applied to the diagnosis and treatment of many gynecological diseases, providing a new direction for the development of minimally invasive gynecological surgery.
