摘 要:里耶古城(秦简)博物馆藏青铜与铁质文物存在南方潮湿地区金属文物典型病害问题,集合残、缺、破、断、锈、变形等多种病害特征,文物腐蚀和矿化程度严重。修复团队通过详尽的调查研究与科学检测分析,明确器物造型、工艺特点,掌握文物病害类型与发展程度,在此基础上将传统修复方法与现代科学手段结合,采取有针对性的保护处理措施,最大程度保护了文物本体及其历史、艺术信息的真实性、完整性。尤其是治理高度矿化、粉状锈等青铜文物病害的技术经验以及引入更便捷、高效的铁质文物脱盐方法,对南方酸性土壤出土金属文物的保护修复工作具有借鉴意义。This paper focused on bronze and iron artifacts in the collection of Liye(Qin Slips)Museum.Due to the lack of conservation and restoration,these artifacts experienced typical problems in humid southern China,including damage,piece(s)missing or falling apart,rust,deformation,and serious corrosion and mineralization.These cultural heritages were kept in a very unstable condition,which not only affected their display,but also resulted in gradual corrosion of surface patterns and decorations.There was the risk that the historical information carried by these artifacts may be lost.Compared with previous conservation and restoration of metal artifacts,this paper solved two problems.Firstly,through the comprehensive use of modern science and technologies as well as traditional restoration techniques,typical damage experienced by bronze artifacts in humid southern China such as high level of mineralization and powdery dust were prevented.Technologies and experience developed from this paper may serve as reference for conserving and restoring bronze artifacts unearthed from acidic soil in southern China.Secondly,a more convenient periodical control method was introduced for desalination of iron artifacts which contained high content of salt and suffered significant corrosion and rusting.This method not only meets the requirement for understanding real time change of the concentration of chloride ion,but also makes the desalination simple and efficient.As shown in the study and practice discussed in this paper,artifacts are protected and repaired based on science through the cleaning of pollutants,and removal of hazardous rust in a timely manner.These measures hindered or stopped the continuous corrosion and damage of the artifacts,repaired broken/missing pieces and restored artifacts into a safe and stable condition.The technical experience and results developed through the protection and restoration as conducted during this paper may help to present the value of the cultural heritage in the collection of the museum with
