从零舍到零环——面向低碳目标的主动式建筑实践

摘　　要：从环境、能源、舒适和主动式4个视角,分析了两个主动式建筑的低碳策略。以能耗为核心的零舍,探讨了与装配式建造结合的近零能耗乡居改造技术体系。以生态为核心的湿地博物馆,探讨了对湿地环境扰动最小的建造模式,以微影响、零排放和全循环的技术策略,实现了建筑对环境、鸟类、游人的生态友好。This paper analyzes the low-carbon design strategies of two recent projects from four angles:the environment,energy,comfor t and active design.Centering on energy consumption,Lingshe demonstrates a nearzero consumption technical system in combination with prefabricated construction in renovating rural houses.The Wetland Museum,on the other hand,focuses on ecology showcases a construction pattern with minimum disturbance to the wetland environment,attaining ecological friendliness to the environment,birds and visitors due to minimal impact,zero emission and fullcycling technological strategies.
