中医药治疗特发性震颤的研究进展

摘　　要：特发性震颤是在临床上常见的运动障碍性疾病。随着病情的发展,症状会逐渐加重,从而影响患者的生活质量。中医药治疗特发性震颤临床疗效显著。现从病名、病因病机、辨证论治、中医外治法等方面阐述了中医药治疗特发性震颤的研究进展。特发性震颤多辨证为风阳内动、肾阳不足、肝郁脾虚以及肝肾阴虚等证型,主要运用和镇肝熄风、疏肝健脾、滋补肝肾、温肾助阳等方法治疗。单味中药、复方辨证治疗、中医外治法等均在治疗特发性震颤方面起着重要作用。目前尚缺乏稳定有效的成方制剂及具体的药理作用、药效机制,以及临床研究的规范化有待提高,需加强相关经验研究,以充分发挥其治疗优势。Essential tremor is a common movement disorder in clinic.As the disease progresses,symptoms can become progressively worse,affecting the patients'quality of life.The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of essential tremor is remarkable.This paper expounded the research progress of TCM in the treatment of essential tremor from the aspects of disease name,etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and treatment,and TCM external treatment.Essential tremor is mainly treated by the methods of calmingliver andwind,soothingliver and strengtheningspleen,nourishingliver and kidney,warmingkidney and helping Yang and so on.Single Chinese medicine,compound syndrome differentiation and external treatment all play an important role in the treatment of essential tremor.At present,there is still a lack of stable and effective formulations,specific pharmacological effects and efficacy mechanisms,and the standardization of clinical studies needs to be improved.Relevant empirical studies should be strengthened to give full play to its therapeutic advantages.
