基于络病理论辨析血府逐瘀汤在缺血性脑卒中的治疗价值

摘　　要：王清任在《医林改错》中对于缺血性脑卒中开拓了新的方向,独创血府逐瘀汤。王清任基于缺血性脑卒中气滞络脉,血瘀塞阻的发病机制,桃红四物通血府之气,开脉络之塞,结合四逆散和解行气之功,内外合用,以解缺血性脑卒中病脉络闭塞之要。从“络病理论”探析总结血府逐瘀汤在治疗中的临床应用,以期为该病提供治疗思路与方法,为今后运用络病理论指导其他疾病诊治提供参考。WANG Qingren opened up a new direction for ischemic stroke and created Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction(血府逐瘀汤).Based on the pathogenesis of Qi stagnation and blood stasisof ischemic stroke,WANG Qingren thinks Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)can dredge the collaterals and eliminate the blockage.Combined with Sini Powder(四逆散),it can harmonize and regulate Qi.The combination of internal and external treatment can solve theischemic stroke vein occlusion.This article analyzed and summarized the clinical application of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment from“collateral disease theory”,in order to provide treatment ideas and methods for the diseaseandreference for the future use of collateral disease theory to guide the diagnosis and treatment of other diseases.
