基于“脑-肠轴”理论探讨针刺治疗功能性便秘的思路

摘　　要：功能性便秘是常见的功能性肠病之一,具有患病率、复发率高的特点,严重影响了患者的生活质量。随着现代生物-心理-社会医学模式的提出,功能性便秘患者的精神症状逐渐被关注,脑-肠轴理论将神经系统调节和胃肠道功能联系起来,弥补了以往对功能性便秘发病中精神因素的忽视。基于此,从脑-肠轴理论出发,在针刺调神作用下,探讨针刺治疗功能性便秘的思路,认为针刺治疗功能性便秘不仅应调节胃肠功能以改善肠道症状,也应重视心脑的调神作用以改善患者焦虑、抑郁等精神症状,以为临床防治功能性便秘提供更优方案。Functional constipation is one of the common functional bowel diseases and is characterized by a high prevalence and recurrence rate,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.With the introduction of the modern biopsychosocial model of medicine,the psychiatric symptoms of patients with functional constipation are gradually coming into focus.The brain-gut axis theory links neuromodulation and gastrointestinal function,compensating for the previous neglect of psychological factors in the pathogenesis of functional constipation.Based on this,this paper discusses the idea of acupuncture in the treatment of functional constipation based on the theory of brain-gut axis and the role of acupuncture in regulating the mind.It is believed that acupuncture should not only regulate gastrointestinal functions to improve intestinal symptoms,but also pay attention to the mind-brain role in regulating the mind to improve patients'mental symptoms such as anxiety and depression,so as to provide a better solution for the clinical prevention and treatment of functional constipation.
