基于数据挖掘技术探析阴陵泉主治病症和配伍规律

摘　　要：目的探析1949年10月前阴陵泉(SP9)主治病症和配伍规律,为临床提供借鉴。方法以“阴陵泉”为检索词,以《中华医典》(第5版)及《中国近代中医药期刊汇编》为检索源,建立SQL Server数据库,运用数据挖掘技术关联规则和聚类分析。结果共纳入医籍34,文献588条,涉及单穴主治病种7类,共25种,配伍主治病症9类,共50种,阴陵泉常配伍三阴交、足三里、阴谷、阳陵泉、关元、气海、公孙、中脘、行间、大都、太冲等腧穴,关联分析与阴谷、曲泉、关元、气海之间关联密切程度最高,聚类分析得到以阴陵泉为核心的4类针灸处方。结论1949年10月前阴陵泉单穴、配伍主治以内科病症为主,单穴主治最优势病症为疝瘕,配伍主治最优势病症为遗尿;配穴方面,多配伍五输穴、八会穴、下合穴等特定穴,配穴归经以脾经、任脉、膀胱经为主。Objective and analyze the indications and compatibility regularity of Yinglingquan(SP9)before October 1949,in order to provide reference and basis for clinical practice.Methods With"Yinlingquan"were used as search terms,the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Code and Compilation of Chinese Modern Chinese Medicine Journals were used as the retrieval sources,SQL Server database was established,association rule and clustering were analyzed by applying data mining technology.Results Total 34 medical books and 588 documents were included,involving 7 kinds of diseases mainly treated by single acupoint,25 kinds in total,9 kinds of compatible indications,50 kinds in total.Yinlingquan is often compatible with Sanyinjiao,Zusanli,Yingu,Yanglingquan,Guanyuan,Qihai,Gongsun,Zhongwan,Xingjian,Dadu,Taichong and other acupoints.The association rule analysis has the highest correlation with Yingu,Ququan,Guanyuan,Qihai and other acupoints.The cluster analysis yields four types of acupuncture prescriptions with YInglingquan as the core.Conclusion Before October 1949,the major indications of Yinglingquan single-point and its compatibility were mainly medical diseases.the most dominant disease of single point was hernia,and the most dominant disease of compatibility was enuresis.n terms of acupoint compatibility,it was more compatible with specific points such as five transport points,eight influential points,lower-he-sea point and other specific points.The main compatible points are those of the bladder channel,spleen channel and Ren channel.
