基于“火神派”从附子理中汤论治糖尿病性腹泻

摘　　要：糖尿病性腹泻常见于糖尿病病程较长,或血糖长期控制不佳,现代医学治疗往往侧重于改善症状,虽见效快,但易反复。中医认为本病是由于中焦脾胃运化失职,发为泄泻,日久则及肾。依据中医整体观念及辨证论治原则,治疗上理应脾肾同顾。为探析糖尿病性腹泻的治疗,今结合“火神”郑寿全的扶阳思想与脾胃思想,以附子理中汤从脾、肾两个角度以温肾散寒,温中健脾之法论治糖尿病性腹泻,以期对未来临床治疗本病提供思路。diabetic diarrhea is common in diabetes with a long course of disease or poor control of blood sugar for a long time.Modern medical treatment often focuses on improving symptoms.Although it has quick effect,it is easy to repeat.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease is due to the function failure ofspleen and stomach in the middle energizer,which is caused by diarrhea and affects kidney over time.According to the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the principle of syndrome differentiation and treatment,spleen and kidney should be treated together.In order to explore the treatment of diabetic diarrhea,combined with the Fuyang thought and spleen and stomach thought of"fire spirit school"ZHENG Shouquan,Fuzi Lizhong Decoction(附子理中汤)is used to treat diabetic diarrhea fromspleen and kidney to warmkidney and disperse cold and warm the middle and strengthen spleen,in order to provide ideas for the future clinical treatment of this disease.
