我院中药饮片验收入库常见质量问题分析及改进对策

摘　　要：目的通过对医院中药饮片验收入库常见质量问题的分析,提出相应的改进对策,以提高对中药饮片的质量管理、保证临床用药的安全性。方法研究在洛阳市中医院药学部开展,选择2020年1月—2020年12月未实行质量管理前中药库验收入库的中药饮片400份作为对照组,选取2021年1月—2021年12月实行质量管理后中药库验收入库的中药饮片400份作为观察组,分析质量管理前存在的常见质量问题,比较中药饮片质量问题发生率、中药饮片合格率。结果分析后发现,中药饮片杂质超标、造假掺假、实物与名称不符、验收监管力度不足、贮存管理不当、炮制不规范等均为常见的质量问题。观察组在实行质量管理后中药饮片质量问题发生率低于未实行质量管理的对照组(P<0.05);且观察组中药饮片合格率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药饮片为临床中疾病治疗常用的治疗方法之一,其质量问题与人们用药治疗的安全性有着直接联系。在针对于中药饮片的质量管理上依旧存在着不可避免的问题,为了保证临床用药的安全性、提高中药饮片的药效及治疗效果,医院特加强了对中药饮片验收入库时监督以及入库后的管理,实现了管理质量的提升。Objective Through the analysis of the common quality problems in the acceptance and storage of Chinese herbal decoction pieces in our hospital,the corresponding improvement countermeasures were put forward to improve the quality management of Chinese herbal decoction pieces and ensure the safety of clinical medication.Methods The study was carried out in the Pharmacy Department of Luoyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.400 pieces of Chinese herbal medicines that were checked into the warehouse before quality management were selected from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group,and the period from January 2021 to December 2021 was selected as the control group.After the monthly quality management was implemented,400 pieces of Chinese herbal medicines were checked and received by the Chinese medicine warehouse as the observation group,and the common quality problems existing before the quality management were analyzed,and the incidence of quality problems of Chinese herbal medicine pieces and the qualified rate of Chinese medicine pieces were compared.Results After analysis,it was found that the impurities of Chinese herbal decoction pieces exceeded the standard,counterfeiting,inconsistency between the real object and the name,insufficient inspection and supervision,improper storage management,non-standard processing,and chaotic market operation were all common quality problems.The incidence of quality problems of Chinese herbal pieces in the observation group after quality management was lower than that in the control group without quality management(P<0.05);and the qualified rate of Chinese herbal pieces in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese herbal decoction pieces are one of the commonly used treatment methods in clinical treatment of diseases,and its quality is directly related to the safety of people's drug treatment.There are still unavoidable problems in the quality management of TCM decoction pieces.In order to ensure
