摘　　要：以丹栀逍遥散为基础方治疗脱发、不寐、郁证、内伤发热病案四则,四案中的患者均有肝郁气滞,郁而化热,气阴两伤,肝气乘脾的症状,均宜凉血疏肝,益气养阴,补虚泻实,故方选丹栀逍遥散加减化裁治疗。丹栀逍遥散具有调和肝脾,疏肝泻热的功效,临床应用广泛。笔者通过搜集临床应用丹栀逍遥散四则医案旨在让读者领会应用该方的辨证要点,进而进一步地体会临床工作中异病同治的精妙,指导临证选方。This article recorded the treatment of hair loss,sleeplessness,depressionand internal injury and fever on the basis of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder(丹栀逍遥散),and the patients in the four cases all have liver depression stagnation,depression and heat,injuries of Qi and Yin,liver Qi over-restricting spleen symptoms,all should be soothing liver cold blood,benefitingQi and nourishing Yin,reinforcing the insufficiency and reducing the excess,so Modified Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder was used.Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder has the effect of harmonizingliver and spleen,soothing liver and reducing heat,and is widely used in clinical practice.By collecting the four medical cases of clinical application of Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,the author aimed to let readers understand the syndrome differentiation of applying Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder,and then further appreciated the subtlety of the same treatment of different diseases in clinical work,and guided the selection of pro-evidence prescriptions.
