中医护理在系统性红斑狼疮患者中的价值

摘　　要：目的分析研究系统性红斑狼疮患者中施行中医护理干预的效果。方法选取医院于2021年6月—2022年6月收治的156例系统性红斑狼疮患者为本次研究对象。随机分为两组,各78例,对照组采取常规护理干试验组采取中医护理干预。为验证中医护理在系统性红斑狼疮患者护理中的效果,本研究以血清免疫学指标、生活质量、自护能力以及护理满意度进行验证。结果两组护理前血清免疫学指标比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理后,试验组IgG、ANA要比对照组低(P<0.05),C3要比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组护理前生活质量比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理后,试验组生活质量要比对照组高(P<0.05)。两组护理前自护能力比较差异不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经护理后,试验组患者的自护能力要比对照组更高(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度要比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论在系统性红斑狼疮患者护理中施行中医护理干预效果确切,能够显著改善患者的血清免疫学指标,提升其生活质量以及自护能力,进而提高患者的满意度。由此可见,此种护理方法值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods 156 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the subjects of this study.Randomly divided into two groups,each with 78 cases.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.In order to verify the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine nursing in the care of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus,this study used serum immunologic indicators,quality of life,self care ability,and nursing satisfaction to verify.Results There was no significant difference in serum immunologic indicators between the two groups before nursing,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,IgG and ANA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and C3 was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups before nursing,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing,the quality of life in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in self care ability between the two groups before nursing,and the difference was not statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the self care ability of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus has a definite effect,can significantly improve the patient's serum immunologic indicators,enhance their quality of life and self care ability,and thereby improve patient satisfaction.It can be s
