共享决策理论干预联合健脾解毒方治疗淋巴细胞白血病及对生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析探讨共享决策理论干预联合健脾解毒方治疗淋巴细胞白血病及对生活质量的影响。方法按照随机对照法选取2020年6月—2022年6月医院收治的84例淋巴细胞白血病分为对照组、观察组,各42例。对照组以健脾解毒方治疗,观察组增加共享决策理论干预。评估对比较患者的决策困境程度、自我效能感、治疗依从性、生活质量评分。结果观察组决策困境量表(DCS)各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗干预后,观察组自我效能感量表(GSES)评分包括症状管理、共性管理和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组依从性比例均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分包括身体功能、心理功能、社会功能、和物质生活状态均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论共享决策理论干预联合健脾解毒方治疗淋巴细胞白血病效果良好,可减轻患者的决策困境,提高患者自我效能和治疗依从性,改善患者生活质量。Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of shared decision theory intervention combined with Jianpi Jiedu Formula on the treatment of lymphocytic leukemia and the quality of life.Methods 84 patients with lymphocytic leukemia admitted to our hospital from 2020.06 to 2022.06 were randomly divided into control,observation group,with 42 cases.The control group was treated with Jianpi Jiedu Decoction,and the observation group was added with shared decision-making theory intervention.Evaluate and compare the patients'decision-making dilemma,self-efficacy,treatment compliance,and quality of life scores.Results After the treatment intervention,the observation group scores of the DCS were lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment intervention,the observation group score of GSES including symptom management,general management and total score,were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group proportion of compliance in the,including medication,regular work and rest,diet and regular reexamination,was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of GQOLI-74 in the observation group,including physical function,psychological function,social function and material life status,were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The shared decision theory intervention combined with Jianpi Jiedu Formula has a good effect on the treatment of lymphocytic leukemia,which can alleviate the decision-making dilemma of patients,improve their self-efficacy and treatment compliance,and improve their quality of life.
