自拟养胃汤加减对慢性胃炎治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析慢性胃炎采取自拟养胃汤加减治疗的应用效果。方法研究选取医院接受治疗的慢性胃炎患者作为研究对象,纳入研究的样本量共有136例,所有患者均是在相同时间段收治入院,即为2020年7月—2022年1月,按照双盲法,将患者等分为观察组与对照组,每组68例。两组患者在入院治疗期间,采取的治疗方法不同,对照组采取常规西药治疗,观察组则采用自拟养胃汤加减治疗,比较两组的临床疗效、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果两组患者在经过对应药物治疗后,从临床疗效、不良反应发生率、复发率方面进行对比分析,两组的上述指标数据均存在着显著差异,治疗总有效率观察组与对照组分别为95.59%、76.47%,由此数据得知前者要明显高于后者,而不良反应发生率及复发率观察组分别为2.94%、1.47%,对照组的上述指标数据分别为14.71%、11.76%,从这两项指标的数据可以看出,均是观察组低于对照组,上述指标两组的数据纳入统计学软件中分析计算,得出的各项结果均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性胃炎的临床治疗中,根据患者的临床症状,采用自拟养胃汤加减治疗取得了较为理想的应用效果,能够有效降低不良反应和疾病复发概率,具有较高的用药安全性,并且其疗效要明显优于常规西药治疗,更具推广价值。Objective To study and analyze the application effect of self-made Yangwei Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods In this study,136 patients with chronic gastritis treated in our hospital were selected as the research object.All patients were admitted to the hospital in the same period of time,that is,from July 2020 to January 2022.According to the double-blind method,the patients were equally divided into the observation group and the control group,with 68 cases in each group.The two groups of patients took different treatment methods during hospitalization.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with modified self-made Yangwei decoction.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results after treatment with corresponding drugs,the two groups were compared and analyzed in terms of clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate.There were significant differences in the above index data between the two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 95.59% and 76.47% respectively.From this data,it was known that the former was significantly higher than the latter,while the incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the observation group were 2.94% and 1.47% respectively,The above index data of the control group were 14.71% and 11.76% respectively.From the data of these two indexes,it can be seen that the observation group was lower than the control group.The data of the above two groups were included in the statistical software for analysis and calculation,and the results were in line with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion in the clinical treatment of chronic gastritis,according to the clinical symptoms of patients,the use of self-made Yangwei decoction has achieved a relatively ideal application effect,which can effectively reduce the probability of adverse reactions and disease recurrence,has
