健脾固肾方联合前列地尔治疗对脾肾虚亏型早期糖尿病肾病患者肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究健脾固肾方联合前列地尔治疗脾肾虚亏型早期糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果。方法收集2019年10月—2021年2月医院收治的脾肾虚亏型早期DN患者86例,采用随机数表法分为观察组43例和对照组43例,对照组接受常规治疗方案联合前列地尔注射治疗;观察组在上述基础上联合健脾固肾方中药汤剂。比较两组治疗前后肾功能相关指标、中医证候积分、不良反应情况。结果两组治疗后,肾功能指标明显趋向正常、中医证候积分显著下降(P<0.05),观察组变化更显著(P<0.05);另观察组不良反应总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾固肾方联合前列地尔治疗脾肾虚亏型早期DN疗效显著,具有较高应用价值。Objective To explore the therapeutic effects of Jianpi Gushen Prescription(健脾固肾方)combined with alprostadil in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN)of spleen-kidney deficiency type.Methods A total of 86 patients with early DN of spleen-kidney deficiency type admitted to the hospital were collected between October 2019 and February 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(43 cases)and control group(43 cases).The control group was given routine treatment regimen combined with alprostadil injection,while the observation group was treated with Jianpi Gushen Decoction on the basis of the control group.Renal function indices and the scores of TCM syndromes(fatigue,declined digestive function,pale complexion)before and after treatment were compared.The occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment in both groups was recorded.Results After treatment,the renal function indices in both groups were improved(P0.05),which were more significant in the observation group(P 0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes(fatigue,declined digestive function,pale complexion)in both groups were decreased(P 0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group(P 0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P 0.05).ConclusionJianpi Gushen Prescription combined with alprostadil has significant therapeutic effect in patients with early DN of spleen-kidney deficiency type and the method has high application value.
