中医综合护理在甲状腺疾病手术患者中的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析甲状腺疾病手术患者中医综合护理的临床应用效果。方法选取医院2019年1月—2021年12月收治的100例甲状腺疾病患者,按随机分组对照研究,将采取常规护理干预的50例患者作为对照组,将采取中医综合护理的50例患者作为观察组,观察并比较两组护理效果,包括患者手术前后心理状况(SAS评分、SDS评分),同时记录两组术后心率、血压(舒张压、收缩压)及并发症率、生活质量(SF-36评分)发生情况。结果术前,两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均较高,且组间比较差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后,两组SAS评分、SDS评分均有明显改善,且观察组患者上述指标水平均低于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者心率、舒张压、收缩压均低于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症率低于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异明显有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对甲状腺疾病手术患者实施中医综合护理,可显著改善患者心理状态,控制心率和血压,对手术顺利完成、减少并发症,提高其生活质量均有积极意义,应用效果显著。Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing in patients with thyroid disease.Methods 100 patients with thyroid diseases treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021.50 patients with routine nursing intervention were used as the control group,50 patients who took comprehensive nursing of traditional Chinese medicine were taken as the observation group.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared,including the psychological status of patients before and after operation(SAS score and SDS score).At the same time,the incidence of postoperative heart rate,blood pressure(diastolic pressure,systolic pressure),complication rate and quality of life(SF-36 score)were recorded.Results Before operation,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were higher,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After operation,the SAS score and SDS score of the two groups were significantly improved,and the levels of the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The SF-36 score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing for patients with thyroid disease surgery can significantly improve their psychological state,control their heart rate and blood pressure,have positive significance for the smooth completion of the operation,reduce complications and improve their quality of life.
