摘　　要：目的分析阳和汤加减方案治疗结直肠癌奥沙利铂化疗相关外周神经毒性的有效性。方法遴选医院2017年1月—2019年6月行奥沙利铂化疗的结直肠癌患者(化疗结束后均因化疗而出现外周神经毒性)226例作为对象,遵照随机数字表法将其分为对照组、观察组;对照组应用甲钴胺,观察组在甲钴胺基础上应用阳和汤加减;比较两组临床疗效及治疗价值。结果和对照组比较,观察组中医症候量表评分较低(P<0.05)。治疗后比较对照组、观察组血清神经生长因子水平差异显著(P<0.05)。观察外周神经毒性分级组低于对照组(P<0.05)。和对照组比较,观察组生活质量评分较高(P<0.05)。结论于结直肠癌奥沙利铂化疗相关外周神经毒性临床治疗期间采取阳和汤加减治疗具有理想效果,对于改善患者临床症状及外周神经毒性具有积极意义,可借鉴推广。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤)in the treatment of colorectal cancer with oxaliplatin chemotherapy related peripheral neurotoxicity.Methods 226 patients with colorectal cancer who received oxaliplatin chemotherapy in the hospital from January 2017 to June 2019(all of them had peripheral neurotoxicity due tochemotherapy after chemotherapy)were selected as the subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,the control group was treated with mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with Yanghe Decoction on the basis of mecobalamin,the clinical efficacy and therapeutic value of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptom scale in the observation group was lower(P<0.05),after treatment,the levels of serum nerve growth factor in the control group and the observation group were significantly different(P<0.05),compared with the control group,the levels of peripheral neurotoxicity in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the quality of life score in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Yanghe Decoction has an ideal effect during the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer with oxaliplatin chemotherapy related peripheral neurotoxicity,which is of positive significance for improving the clinical symptoms and peripheral neurotoxicity of patients,and can be used for reference.
