补肾活血法联合西药对卵巢储备功能减退致不孕卵巢血供的影响

摘　　要：目的分析补肾活血法联合西药对卵巢储备功能减退致不孕症患者卵巢血供的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月收治的卵巢储备功能减退致不孕症患者134例,按照随机数字法将分为对照组,研究组对照组给予脱氢表雄酮,研究组在对照组基础上加用补肾活血方。分析两组性激素水平、子宫内膜容受性、卵巢储备功能、卵巢血供情况及治疗有效率。结果治疗后两组卵泡次激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、黄体生成素(LH)水平均下降,且研究组基础FSH、E_(2)、LH水平更低(P<0.05);两组LIF、gly-codelin水平均上升,且研究组LIF、gly-codelin水平更高(P<0.05);两组卵巢体积较治疗前增大,直径2~8 mm卵泡个数均上升,且研究组卵巢体积较大,直径2~8 mm卵泡个数更多(P<0.05)。治疗后两组卵巢间质动脉峰值流速(PSV)、血管血流指数(VFI)、血流指数(FI)均上升,且研究组PSV、VFI、FI水平更高(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血法联合西药对卵巢储备功能减退致不孕症患者进行治疗,能够改善患者性激素水平、子宫内膜容受性以及卵巢储备功能,增强卵巢血供情况,有着较好的临床效果。Objective To analyze the effects of Bushen invigorating blood method combined with western medicine on ovarian blood supply in infertile patients with diminished ovarian reserve.Methods 134 patients with infertility caused by decreased ovarian reserve function treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 67 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Kuntai Capsule,and the study group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Recipe on the basis of the control group.The levels of sex hormones,endometrial receptivity,ovarian reserve function,ovarian blood supply and treatment efficiency of the two groups were analyzed.Results The levels of FSH,E_(2) and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of LIF and gly codelin in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the ovarian volume of patients in the two groups increased compared with before treatment,and the number of follicles with a diameter of 2~8mm increased.Compared with the control group,the ovarian volume of patients in the study group was larger,and the number of follicles with a diameter of 2~8mm was more(P<0.05),the levels of PSV,VFI and FI in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of complementary kidney and blood flow method combined with western medicine in the treatment of infertility patients with diminished ovarian reserve can improve the levels of sex hormones,endometrial receptivity as well as ovarian reserve function,and enhance the situation of ovarian blood supply in patients,and has a good clinical treatment effect.
