摘　　要：糖尿病肾病在中医学属于“消渴”等范畴,本虚标实是其基本病机。临床上常见脾肾亏虚为本,痰湿、血瘀阻络、毒热络伤等标实病机。因此调补脾肾,兼以利湿化痰泄浊、活血化瘀通络的糖肾合剂在临床上疗效显著。探析糖肾合剂在搭配上的合理性和相关中医理论基础。Diabetic nephropathy belongs to the category of"quenching thirst"in Chinese medicine.Clinically,spleen-kidney deficiency is the basis,phlegm dampness,blood stasis blocking collaterals,poison heat collaterals injury and other standard pathogenesis.Therefore,a formula that nourishes the spleen and kidney,while promoting diuresis,resolving phlegm,eliminating turbidity,activating blood circulation,and unblocking the collaterals,has shown remarkable efficacy in clinical practice.This article aims to explore the rationality of this formula in terms of its combination and relevant traditional Chinese medicine theoretical basis.
