摘　　要：糖尿病肾病是糖尿病的严重微血管并发症,给患者和家庭带来沉重的经济负担。运用中医“治未病”的思想进行防治,首先从中医体质入手,调理危险体质,养成健康的生活方式,预防糖尿病和糖尿病肾病的发生;其次根据中医病因病机探讨治疗早期糖尿病肾病的方法,中医药临床诊治经验丰富,不良反应小,并且随着疾病的进展,可进一步发挥中医药对降低肌酐、尿素氮,减轻患者痛苦,延缓病情进展的优势。Diabetic nephropathy is a serious microvascular complication of diabetes,with a heavy financial burden on patients and families.This paper uses the thought of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine to prevent and treat diseases.Firstly,from the physique of traditional Chinese medicine develop a healthy lifestyle and regulate the physique to prevent the occurrence of diabetes and diabetic nephropathy.Secondly,according to the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,explore the methods of treating early diabetic nephropathy.Clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has rich experience in the treatment of microalbuminuria with few side effects.And with the progression of the disease,Traditional Chinese medicine can further play the advantages of reducing creatinine,urea nitrogen,reducing patients and delaying progression.
