摘　　要：江柏华教授从医三十余载,善治呼吸系统疾病,形成了治疗哮喘、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺结节、支气管扩张、间质性肺疾病等疾病的独特的辨证思路和用药特点,整体上基于“中医肺”的生理特点及生理功能等相关内容,善用宣降清润之品,五脏同调,重用培土生金、肝肺同治,清解散结,活血化痰通络之法,并善用虫类祛风解痉,整体上调畅气机,对于每一治法均有常用药组,并依据“有病者病受之,无病者体受之”“重剂起沉疴”的理论,结合临床,将辨病与辨证结合,提出“五脏同调,大方复治”法治疗呼吸系统疾病,扶正与祛邪同用,方中药味多剂量大,疗效可靠。Professor Jiang Baihua has been engaged in medicine for more than 30 years,and is mainly good at treating respiratory diseases with traditional Chinese medicine.He has unique dialectical thinking and medication characteristics for asthma,COPD,pulmonary nodules,bronchiectasis and so on.Based on the physiological characteristics and physiological functions of"traditional Chinese medicine lung",this paper summarizes the medication characteristics of Professor Jiang Baihua in treating lung diseases,Professor Jiang often uses Qingrun products,such as nourishing soil,producing gold,treating liver and lung together,clearing and dissolving knots,promoting blood circulation,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals.He is good at using insects to dispel wind and spasm,and regulating qi mechanism on the whole.For each treatment,there are commonly used medicine groups.He likes"generous and compound"in the prescriptions,and has positive clinical therapeutic effect.
