摘　　要：骨关节炎(OA)是一种以关节软骨变性、破坏及骨质增生为主要特征的慢性关节病,外治法作为一种重要方法,具有作用迅速、不良反应少、患者接受度高等优点。文章从毫针疗法、温针灸、艾灸、针刀、中药熏洗、中药贴敷、综合疗法及民族医药等治疗OA的临床研究进展作一综述,为临床治疗提供参考。Osteoarthritis(OA)is a chronic joint disease characterized by the degeneration,destruction and bone hyperplasia of articular cartilage.As an important method,external therapy has high targeting,rapid action and few adverse reactions.The advantages of high patient acceptance.This article summarizes the clinical research progress in the treatment of osteoarthritis such as filiform needle therapy,warming needle moxibustion,moxibustion,acupuncture knife,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing,traditional Chinese medicine application,comprehensive therapy and ethnic medicine to provide reference for clinical treatment.
