通塞脉片联合张力平衡针法对脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体障碍的康复效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通塞脉片联合张力平衡针法对脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体障碍的康复效果。方法选取2019年3月—2021年7月诊治的脑梗死偏瘫患者98例,依据随机数字表法分两组。待病情稳定后,两组的基础治疗均相同,对照组予以常规针刺;治疗组予以通塞脉片联合张力平衡针法,治疗1个月。比较两组康复效果,治疗前后分别评估Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA),进行随访记录生活质量情况。结果对照组总有效率83.67%低于治疗组95.92%(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组治疗后FMA上肢功能、下肢功能和总分均升高,治疗组治疗后FMA上肢功能、下肢功能和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组的生活质量情况明显低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论通塞脉片联合张力平衡针法可以进一步提高脑梗死偏瘫患者肢体障碍的康复效果,改善肢体功能及生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of Tongsaimai Tablet combined with tension balance acupuncture on limb disorders in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia.Methods 98 patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia treated from March 2019 to July 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.After the condition was stable,the basic treatment of the two groups was the same,and the control group was treated with acupuncture,the study group was treated with Tongsaimai Tablet Combined with tension balance acupuncture for 1 month.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Fugl Meyer Rating Scale(FMA)was evaluated before and after treatment,followed up and recorded the quality of life.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 83.67% lower than that of the study group 95.92%(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the upper limb function,lower limb function and total score of FMA in the two groups increased after treatment,moreover,the upper limb function,lower limb function and total score of FMA in the study group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The quality of life in the control group was significantly lower than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongsaimai Tablet Combined with tension balance acupuncture can further improve the rehabilitation effect of limb disorders in patients with cerebral infarction and hemiplegia,improve limb function and quality of life,which is worthy of popularization.
