摘　　要：在近代中国动荡的社会政治变迁中,中央政府与云南地方的关系呈现出显著的阶段性特征。近代中央政府对云南治理的历史演进有中央权力的普遍性、整体性特征,与此同时,由于云南特殊的地理环境、世居少数民族众多且相对分散的民族结构和经济社会发展水平滞后的现实基础,又决定了近代云南地方与中央政府的关系具有特殊性和复杂性。系统梳理近代中央政府对云南治理的历史演进及政治逻辑,对于推进新时代的边疆治理工作具有启示作用和借鉴意义。In the turbulent social and political changes of modern China,the relationship between the central government and Yunnan local government showed significant phased characteristics.The historical evolution of modern central government's governance of Yunnan had the universal and overall characteristics of central power,meanwhile due to the unique geographical environment,numerous ethnic minorities and relatively dispersed ethnic structure,and the backward economic and social development level,there are also particularity and complexity in the relationship between Yunnan local and central government.A systematic review of the historical evolution and political logic of central government's governance of Yunnan in modern history has enlightening and reference significance for promoting borderland governance in the New Era.
